Gearing up for next big project.

It's that time of year again, making time on my schedule for Terri! Her next book is about Venom, her snaky, silky lead man and his hunt for the perfect mate. The first few chapters have me excited because, it feels genuine and exciting. Terri's voice is strong and enthralling, sucking me in and making me nearly desperate to just read the damn book. Which makes it doubly hard to edit 'cause I get so immersed in the storyline! But I will prevail! I WILL distance my enthusiasm and get to my objectivity!

I have noodled my Office Live and figured out how to make my hotmail work with the mail function included in Word with the office live add-in installed. This may seem like a small thing but, it has been bedeviling me for months. The simple fix is to be logged in to my Msn Messenger so it can be the bridge between the applications. Previously, each time I would try to send from within Word, I would get an error message announcing that I had to be logged into Outlook's server to make it work. Weeeeeeeeeeeeelll, I don't have outlook, Live Mail took its place. So, I would have to save my work from Live Office's server down to my work computer's desktop, which is littered with various renditions of books, and then open my mail, write a note, and after rooting thru the mess on my desktop, attach the new file and send. When you are editing to a dead line, streamlining a process like that really makes a big difference. Pfft. Anyway, I got it working and sent out my trial run to Terri and it all worked great so that will save me butt-loads of time. I can't wait!
